About

Thanks for stopping by!  My name is Danielle. I’m wife to an amazing husband and mother to adorable twin boys. I’m a writer and photographer. I love to make food, eat food, knit, and read. I’m a country girl at heart who likes being barefoot. I’m a Christ-follower.  Dancing by the Light pretty much sums up the way I view life. Mine is a dance to the light of Christ. And this is where I share that life with you, should you care to join it. It’s a simple attempt to :

. . . add to the beauty
To tell a better story
I want to shine with the light
That’s burning up inside. —Sara Groves

It’s finding beauty in everyday places. Joy in hardship. Rest in the struggle. Encouragement in unexpected places.

recently read your article “The Practice of Prayer” on the Ungrind website , and liked the content.
I am the editor of a small, quarterly family-issues magazine in Israel. We distribute about 1,000 copies each of the Hebrew and Russian-language 16-page magazine called Beyneu to Christians in Israel. The magazine is free and is supported by the Israeli Pro-Life office. The purpose is to strengthen the families thru the women, and also educate them on Pro-Life related issues.

I would very much like to translate and publish the above named article in our magazine. Our next issue comes out end December and includes articles on educating children, building up marriages, and other women’s issues
Would you consider allowing us to include your article in our line-up?

We will, of course, give you credit as the author of the article, and include a more detailed credit at the end of the article, if you wish.(not more than two lines).

Because the article needs to be translated and then edited before publication, I am under deadline to collect my stories. If you could let me know if this is acceptable to you within the next few days I would very much appreciate it.

Thank you for considering this request, and warm greetings from Israel,

    Maayan Leonard
    Editor Beynenu Magazine,
    Israel
