Muffin Monday: Pear and Granola Muffins

Here’s my Muffin Monday post on Tuesday, but I made them on Monday, so I guess it still counts! Yesterday I made Pear Granola Muffins. They were moist and delicious! They were so tasty, I’ll definitely be making this recipe again. And despite being a Martha Stewart recipe, it was easy!

We just bought some pears today. These look great!
Alright girl, these are in the oven. So far, I am 20 minutes over Martha’s 25 minute prep time quota…we’ll see how they turn out! The batter was delicious!
