My New Favorite Smoothie

1/2 Orange Juice

1 Cup Yogurt (I used Stonyfield “Banilla” which is really yummy and healthy organic yogurt.)

1/2 Cup frozen blueberries (or any other fruit)

1/2 Banana

Since I’m not longer drinking coffee (I can’t take the smell) and trying to eat breakfast every morning, this is my new favorite. Try it yourself, it’s soooo good! Okay, the next post, I promise, will not be about food!

    You can talk about food all you want – it’s a pregnant lady’s prerogative. And never fear, the desire for coffee will come back. :)

    No I don’t! My friend Jessica (from CA) used to talk about them all the time! The only think we have is Smoothie King, which is good too.

    Mmm…Jamba Juice.
    I love all the food posts!
    I never lost my love for the Coffee during pregnancy. I seemed to want it more. Strange I know.
    I am sure you will get it back though . For now though Smoothies sound good to me! :)

    I coudln’t take coffee smell either,. Had to stop shopping at Barnes & Noble for the first trimester., LOVED OJ and spinach (not in the same drink) . Don’t worry about food posts. I’d love to hear one about your cravings, if and when you get them.
    By the way, you looked great in that deep purple sweater at the ladies’ mtg. Was that a purposeful venture away from brown (whcih also looks very good on you).
