Chocolate Cloud Cake

Ashleigh asked for my flourless chocolate cake recipe so here it is. As you can see, it’s acutally called “Chocolate Cloud Cake” and it’s amazing. It’s a Nigella Lawson recipe from her book How to Be a Domestic Goddess, which is wonderful if you love to bake! I love Nigella’s T.V. show too, but don’t have the food network. If you do, I highly suggest it!

Excellent cookbook – my cousin gave it to me at a bridal shower. Especially good if you’re a chocolate fan!

Um….yeah….I think I’ll give this one a whirl! If it tastes as good as it looks I may be in big trouble. My hubby is not a sweet eater so I don’t often have much excuse to bake, unfortunately. But, I somehow think I’ll be able to persuade him to try this one! Thanks for sharing!!!!
